SCOPE OF POSITION
The Operational Excellence Market Leader is responsible for overseeing continuous improvement initiatives across assigned markets and service lines, ensuring appropriate planning, implementation, and execution of continuous improvement activities. The position will drive system-wide adoption of problem solving and continuous process improvement that aligns to strategy while developing a sustainable culture of OE.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, business or healthcare related field is required, Master’s preferred. A minimum of 5 years Leadership and Supervisory experience preferred, a minimum of 5 years working in process engineering or an equivalent process analysis related role required.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management preferred, but not required.
