The days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.00 to 17.30. Start date is immediate but we can give a couple of weeks if successful candidate needs to give another job some notice. Job responsibilities include managing phones, dealing and responding to emails from clients, managing incoming and outgoing post, booking couriers, reporting on microsoft word and microsoft excel, managing work diary, maintaining stock and ordering new supplies, processing sales invoices on Sage 50 Accounts and photocopying. Other duties may arise but the successful candidate will be shown/trained how to do everything.
