Help us further human progress through knowledge. As Head of People Operations Excellence you will aid in our mission by…

  • Creating and leading a high performing global team across regional HR operations, defining HR practices, improving process efficiency with a data-driven approach, as well as leading meaningful HR projects to support the business growth and employee needs.
  • Act as a key enabler for our future growth, scalability and stability through the ability to deliver high impact projects and programmes, identify opportunities for improvements and work with different global regions across our business to deliver solutions.
  • Develop, lead, and embed a customer focus culture across all global regions

The Head of People Operations Excellence leads colleagues across UK/EMEA and APAC regions and provides direction and organisation to the development and implementation of the People Operations Excellence Team, including developing initiatives and programs to positively impact the culture, processes and functioning of the team. Fostering an innovation and continuous improvement mindset across the team, the Head of People Operations Excellence drives the continuous improvement of processes, utilising data analytics and employing a strong focus on optimisation.

The POE team will be fully integrated and functional, enjoying efficiencies in their daily work thanks to process improvements, digitization, and in the future the introduction of self-serve functions for colleagues across the business. These tools will allow the experts who comprise the POE team to additionally focus on specialised, project-based work that contributes to their own career aspirations.


Qualifications

  • A strong business acumen, resilient, flexible and adaptable to embracing and managing change in a high pace environment

  • Proven track record of building strong business relationships

  • A focus on delivering good customer service practices

  • Commercially intuitive and able to demonstrate an understanding of businesses

  • Data-driven with a strong ability to analyse data, turning data into insights, and action plans aligned with company goals

  • An inclusive leadership style and ability to work across cultural boundaries

  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information

  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to design and communicate clear new processes

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently; solutions-oriented

  • Ability to structure, manage and develop a highly productive team

This vacancy is open to all internal colleagues globally.

Location: – The successful candidates will be able to utilise our balanced working model from one of our office hubs in the US, UK, India or APAC.
