The Opportunity:
Location: Remotely! (with the possibility of working in Dubai office later).
Currently we are developing facade consultancy area of focus, specifically in the Middle East region.
Thus, we are looking for a Façade Consultant to strengthen our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Development of facade solutions for all stages: concept, tender, detailed design.
· Preparation of technical reports and specifications.
· Preparation of drawings and 3D models.
· Following specifications and working according to client’s requirements.
· Coordination with architect, clients and other stakeholders.
· Clarification of the contract specifications.
· Development of installation methods.
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Façade Consultant is a must.
· Deep knowledge of different façade systems and materials.
· Profound understanding of technical issues.
· The ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
· Excellent AutoCad skills.
· Skills in Revit, Inventor and other 3D software is a plus.
· High level of self-motivation.
