- Operate commercial vehicles, such as trucks or vans, to transport surgical products between manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safety standards while driving and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring they are securely stowed and protected during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including delivery receipts, mileage logs, and fuel usage.
- Communicate with dispatchers and logistics personnel to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues or delays.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
