Heritage Medical Associates is currently recruiting for the position of Site Manager at our Main Office! located on 22nd Avenue in Downtown Nashville. Heritage Medical Associates was founded in 1991, when three independent groups of internists came together to form an organization that would be ideally suited to continue to offer quality patient care in the ever-changing health care setting. From the original practices, we have grown to be the largest independently-owned multi-specialty group in Middle Tennessee, with over 100 physicians and other providers practicing more than a dozen specialties. In addition to the physician practices, we offer a full range of laboratory and diagnostic services, including advance imaging such as mammography, CT and MRI.
The Ideal candidate would be an RN or LPN with a minimum of 3 years recent experience in medical practice management, OR be in possession of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with 3 years ! medical practice management experience
This position ! reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Hours are Monday â" Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (7:00 am Staff Meetings with Physicians as needed as well as Saturday on call of adult weekend clinic every 4th Saturday).
Responsibilities include:
Review of current and/or future staffing needs
Management of Staff ensuring competencies for position(s)
Strong Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution experience
Attend meetings as scheduled with Physicians, Management and/or Staff
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Electronic Medical Records and other medical information systems as required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Good Understanding of the Medical Practice Environment
Familiar with Coding, Reimbursement and Federal Regulations is a plus
Basic understanding of financial infor! mation
Required Education/Experience/Licensure/Certifications:
Ideal candidate would be an RN or LPN with a minimum of 3 years recent experience in medical practice management, OR be in possession of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with 3 years medical practice management experience to include direct supervision of staff/personnel
