Sixteen-member IM group seeks additional member to meet demand for ser! vices.
Located in the heart of Nashville, serving a patient base of 200,000, several notables of Nashville.
Work at one practice site (657-bed tertiary care center) with great consulting capacity.
Seek BE or BC Internist for 2014 .
4-day work week, benign weekend call / N.P. on first call.
Great support staff (3 APRN/1 ACNPs) with an incredible Administrative Team.
State of the art equipment with extensive office based diagnostics (contributing to ancillary revenue pool).
Exceptional compensation (RVU-based) and comprehensive benefits package.
Member’s income at the 90% of earnings (MGMA).
Partnership Track after two years, voting/same RVU rate, no buy-in.
Financial - HCA’s employment model provides base salary plus, achievable bonus structure (inclusive of ancillaries), extensive fringe benefits, marketing, relocation, etc.
