Work at one practice site (657-bed tertiary care center) in the heart of Nashville.

4-day work week, benign weekend call of 1:12 /nurse on first call.
Great support staff (3 APRN/1 ACNPs) with an incredible Administrative Team.
State of the art equipment with extensive office based diagnostics (contributing to ancillary revenue pool).

compensation (RVU-based) and comprehensive benefits package.
Employment status offering security, stability and bargaining power with insurers.
Partnership Track after two years, voting/same RVU rate, no buy-in.
